How to Redeem : This purchase allows you to add 1 custom chain to the city. The clothing must be created by you , and the final file must be submitted through a support ticket after payment confirmation . Processing time is up to 3 weeks , as long as the file is correct, optimized, and meets our requirements .

Clothing Requirements

• 45k polygons – Jackets, Pants, Shirts, Masks, Backpacks, Shoes
• 65k polygons – Hair
• 65k polygons – Chains
• Textures must be 1024×1024

Higher quality clothing may require extra time for optimization .
